Report Name: Accrual Activity File Name: AccrAct.rpt Synopsis: This report gives a summary of changes to an employee’s accrual balance for a date range. It gives the Old Balance, the Change, and the New Balance for each accrual.

Report Name: Accrual Balance File Name: AccrBal.rpt Synopsis: This report shows the current accrual balance for each employee. It displays effective date, Hours Used, and Hours Balance. (REPT0035)

Report Name: Accrual Code Listing File Name: AccrCode.rpt Synopsis: This report shows, by accrual, the Hours Used and Available for each employee. It displays effective date, Hours Used, and Hours Balance.

Report Name: Accrual History File Name: AccrHist.rpt Synopsis: This report will show accrual history for each employee/department. Each check date will be listed with the change, and balance. If sorting by last name or id, the report must be ran twice so it will show all the employees together. (REPT0036)

Report Name: FICA Tip Credit File Name: TipFica.rpt Synopsis: This report takes the employee’s pay, excluding tips, and compares this number with the employee’s hours times minimum wage - displaying the Tip Credit amount.
