This state-of-the-art, user-friendly software allows you to create and save your own report templates. Reports can be printed, viewed on screen, or downloaded to an ASCII file or other formats for flexibility and functionality with other programs.
Millinnium Payroll Custom Tab
Need to keep track of something else in Millennium Payroll and HR? No problem! We can build a custom tab in the program where you can enter data and then even write reports to use it. Examples: Drivers' or other Licences information, Drug Tests, etc.

Report Type: 401K or Other Retirement Plans Custom Export Files
Synopsis: This report is required by some 401K Companies for online submission of 401K or other Retirement Plans Files. Some of these companies are: American Funds, American Heritage Life Ins. Co., Coastal Financial Group, Fidelity Investments, First Union Bank, FSA, Jefferson Pilot, Manulife Financial/ John Hancock, Merrill Lynch, Prudential, Putnam Investments, Reliastar, RMSCO, Inc., Smith Barney, SouthTrust, The Hartford, Vanguard, etc.

Report Type: 401K or Other Retirement Plans Census/ Testing Report
Synopsis: Once a year, your Retirement Plan Company may require you to go through "testing", which basically means that they want to make sure you are in compliance with your plan's guidelines.

Report Type: Custom Check Stub
Synopsis: PayDay USA can create a custom check stub to fit your needs. For instance, some states require that the Social Security Number do not appear on check stubs, or some companies like to show employees the jobs they worked in.
