Conversion Central
Once you have decided to utilize the services PayDay USA has to offer, your Sales Representative will discuss the information needed for the conversion.
- The Account Executive runs a conversion program to transfer the data, or keys directly from the payroll reports you have provided to us, so there are very few forms to fill out.
- The year-to-date and/or quarter-to-date totals are guaranteed to balance to the information we received from you.
- The AE will efficiently train your staff on the capabilities and
- functionality of Millennium by PayDay USA
The process takes place in three stages:
1. Pre-Installation Analysis
Your Sales Representative will provide you with a list and pick up all necessary information needed for the conversion.
2. Installation
At this time, the AE installs and configures the Millennium software and ~~~. Tests are performed on the software and your modem for transmission and download capabilities.
3. First Payroll input Training
The AE conducts a 4-hour onsite (or thru a WebEx Conference) training to assist you in entering and transmitting your first payroll.
An additional visit will be arranged for report writer, human resource, and general ledger training, if you have selected these options.
