Job Description: The ideal candidate will provide client payroll and product support via extensive telephone interface. This ability to receive and resolve questions over the telephone concerning payroll, accounting, and tax filing issues while accurately maintaining company and employee information is key. (Up-to-date training will be provided.)

Qualifications: You must exhibit proficiencies in multi-tasking, critical thinking, and problem solving as well as offer a sense of urgency to promptly resolve customer matters. Excellent analytical skills, PC knowledge, and adeptness in interpersonal communication are required.

Title: Major Accounts Sales Representative

Job Description:

You will implement top-down sales approach targeting Presidents, CFOs, and HR Directors to convert prospects to clients and to sell upgrades of products/services to existing clients. The target marketplace is Major Accounts comprised of businesses with 50-2500 employees.

Qualifications: The qualified candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, demonstrate a can-do, will do attitude, provide documented sales, and management achievement in a solution oriented (non-commodity) and preferably technical sales environment. Computer literacy including use of laptops, Windows, Microsoft Office, and a general understanding of LAN and WAN environments will increase your competitive edge but is not mandatory. Degree preferred. Professional references required prior to hire.

Title: Tax Processing Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Description: File / amend tax returns timely in accordance with Agency, Region and Client requirements. Research Client, Agency and Payroll center inquiries, and respond in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Solve various out of balances and negative balance conditions. General coordination, communication and resolution of problems in agency reporting. Complete special projects as assigned. Maintain current filing / research records and procedures.

Qualifications: High school diploma required; BA/BS degree preferred. Previous accounting and payroll tax experience is highly desirable. Good analytical, mathematical and organizational skills. Verbal and written skills are a must. Ability to adapt to changing environment. Work well as a team member. Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.
